The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award, honoring the best of the best in commercial buildings, has seen outstanding participation during the 2009-2010 awards cycle. During the TOBY Award Reception and Banquet at the 2010 BOMA International Conference in Long Beach, Calif., a record 94 regional winners competed in 14 categories to win the International TOBY Award.

Local Competitions
